Description:
i just love holiday season. An occasion to splurge ourselves in seafoods. i mean, literally, i just cook seafoods occasionally. oh anyways, try my recipe, my brothers and my relatives enjoyed it (duh?), no more cheese needed. just care to try it.

Ingredients:
Seafoods choices from tahong, clams, shrimps, squid, tuna flakes and fish fillet
choice from 500 g Spaghetti, linguine, penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 cup of white onions
1/2 cup of green bell peppers
dried mushroom soaked in water
young corn sliced in 1/2 inch
cauliflower
McCormick Easy Garlic Sauce
2 cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk (full cream 300mL)
2 cups of seafood broth
shrimp broth cube, optional for taste
parsley
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
*Prepare for your seafood. Clean and wash tahong, clams, squid well. For tahong and clams, boil them until shells are opened. Set aside the broth. For shrimps, take off its shell, leave the head and tail part. For squid, take off its skin (transparent film), cut horizontally in 3 parts, include its tentacles without the head. For tuna/fish fillet, cut into cubes.
*Melt butter in pan, and saute onions, bell pepper.
*Add in tuna flakes/fish fillet
*Add the dried mushroom and young corn, and the seafood broth
*Mix the McCormick Easy Garlic Sauce in 1 can of evaporated milk
*Add the cauliflower, simmer until cooked.
*Add the rest of the seafood. Do not overcook it. cook for at least 5 mins.
*season with salt and pepper, or add shrimp broth cube for saltier taste.
*Serve on cooked pasta.

For pasta,
*Cook pasta as directed and drain
*Combine with olive oil and parsley
*Mix with sauce, ENJOY!
